School Walk Outs
Several students and parents have contacted me to indicate interest in participating in an upcoming national school walk out. The District will be providing direction on how we will handle any disciplinary consequences.
In the meantime, I am asking for volunteers for a small committee to help us develop a safety plan for those who wish to participate. If your child is interested in serving on this committee, please have him or her stop into Ms. Ruiz's office in the Main Office and put their name on a list. I will choose a diverse committee that represents all three grade levels to help us develop that safety plan.
