Superintendent Search Input MeetingMonday, March 21, 6:00 p.m. - POMS MPR
District Trustee Mike Lunceford will be hosting a meeting on Monday evening to learn more from his district about the characteristics that are most important when choosing a new superintendent to lead the Houston Independent School District. I encourage you to attend.

Spring STAAR Testing Schedule
March 29 - 7th Writing, 8th Math
March 30 - 8th Reading
May 9 - 6th & 7th Math, 8th Math Retest
May 10 - 6th & 7th Reading, 8th Reading Retest
May 11 - 8th Science
May 12 - 8th Social Studies
* Please note, the campus will be closed to visitors during testing. We cannot interrupt testing for student pick-up. There will be an alternate schedule on testing days.
8th Grade Activities
Forms and payment for 8th grade activities were due before Spring Break. If you have not signed and returned your child's paperwork, please do so Monday morning. You may pay online. More information may be found on the cluster website/blog.
