Some students with severe allergies may need to carry an inhaler or an Epi Pen with then at school. To do so, they must have completed paperwork on file at the clinic.  You may find the correct paperwork at Health and Medical Services Webpage.  Please contact Nurse Dahlberg at Pin Oak with any questions.
